Walk-in

We welcome walk-in guests and will do our best to accommodate you based on our availability. However, to ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we recommend scheduling appointments in advance whenever possible. Please note that walk-in appointments are subject to availability and may result in a wait time. We prioritize appointments made in advance to provide timely and personalized service to our clients.

Appointment Booking

At Jiva, we highly recommend you to book in advance for our spa service(s). A card on file will be required at the time of booking and If you are not sure which service is best for you, please give us a call and we can assist you in scheduling your appointment.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any appointment that is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be subject to a 10% service fee. For same day cancellation and no-shows you will be charged 100% price of the booked service. Returns

All spa services and retail products are non-refundable. We strive to provide the highest quality experiences and products to our valued clients. If you have any concerns or issues regarding your service or purchase, please don’t hesitate to bring it to our attention during your visit or contact us directly.

Gratuities

While gratuities are entirely at your discretion, gratuities are greatly appreciated by our dedicated team members who work hard to ensure your experience at our spa is exceptional.
